As If They Have Turned Hostile To It's
Overall Customers Out Of Nowhere,
& Nobody Can Understand Why, How,
Or Even What Happened...

This Place Used To Be Owned
By People Who Didn't Even Care
About Money, & Just Liked People...

It Makes You Question What We
Can Do About This??

I am a Mod in almost a dozen rooms; half of which are set to AP. 

The Bots avoid the AP rooms and 2 of the GA rooms which don't allow Guest_ users. The Bots all seem to be spamming the exact same advertisements; word for word and wear the exact same outfits like they were cloned. 

The Bots seem to breed faster than Mods are able to boot them. To make matters even worse now Mods are crashing instantly after booting Bots or anyone else.

Mods in the affected rooms have gone on strike or outright quit because the some of the room owners of the affected rooms are telling the Mods to get over it or to complain to IMVU instead of them. Only one of the room owners has shown enough concern to actually file a help ticket. Hopefully that room owner will get an actual response from a human instead of an auto generated generic reply because she has an Emerald VIP membership.

Hi just wondering if your Team is working on getting rid of these bots that be spamming every 5 seconds in the Chat Rooms it’s getting annoying and people can’t communicate correctly

Jesus thought it was only me nice to know it isn't. IMVU needs to do something I'm in my room with my fiance and no like at least 10 bots back to back I made it private as soon as it became public again BAM they start coming back. We shouldn't have to make our rooms private for this to stop its really annoying the fuck out of me.

many bots in the room entering and leaving every 2 minutes, locking the room sending spam from websites is unbearable imvu is going bankrupt, this has been happening for almost a month and the staff has not done anything, it seems like there is only one DEV working on this

Yeah exactly, they need to make some sort of restrictions for one or two day old accounts, but that would be detrimental to real players. It's super annoying, I had to make my room non-guest which I dont wan't to do, but its super annoying man.

Seconding this! They are beyond annoying. The bots are coming fast enough that they're starting to lag the vu servers. They either know about the issue and can't fix it (unlikely, but possible) or don't want to fix it (more likely, really, given how long this has been going on). This definitely makes you wonder WHY they haven't fixed it yet.

Maybe IMVU is telling us all to choose a different platform to spend money on...?
