any one else having issues with studio i have done a restall twice its just noy loading up for the passed month its waited till im on to my last texture and crashes before i save cant close has to be done by task manager ive not deved for days its the same
I’m really glad someone finally said something about this, ever since they released version 1.35.5 my studio has not been able to start up. it comes up with errors in installing occasionally, when it finally installs properly it can’t load the screen. I specifically noticed it started once the newest version was released, about May 13.
I have literally done every single possible thing to fix it besides straight up reinstalling my windows 10, no troubleshoot options work WHAT-SO-EVER. they are having a complete glitch bug in the new update, I’ve spoken to the live chat about this to inform them & make them aware of this problem.
point of the matter is YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO CREATE FOR HALF A MONTH & MY CUSTOMERS NEED NEW PRODUCTS! force reload doesn’t work, can’t close the window. I have to either restart my laptop or uninstall it just to get the window to close, this is a real issue & it’s only a matter of time before these forums are packed with it.
I think IMVU needs to take a look into it. I have done those steps and the issue is still happening.

Hi! @PhoenixSoul It sounds like IMVU Studio is not responding, which can sometimes happen due to a connection issue, a glitch in the app, or outdated files.
Here are a few things you can try to fix it:
Restart IMVU Studio and your computer.
Check for updates — make sure you’re running the latest version of IMVU Studio.
Clear the Studio cache from the settings menu if you can access it.
Reinstall IMVU Studio — uninstall it completely and download the latest version from the IMVU website.
Make sure your internet connection is stable and that no firewalls or antivirus software are blocking the app.
If none of those work, it might be a temporary server-side issue on IMVU’s end. You could also report the problem to IMVU Support with a screenshot and details about your device and operating system — they should be able to help you out.
