Account Verification & Re-Newels??

Can Someone Plz Explain To Me Why Our E-Mail Address Is
Required For The 1st Time Sign-In Of An Account That Was
Recently Returned Back To People??

You Get An Account Restored...

Now Your Required An E-Mail Verify & Also A Password...

Just To Reset A Password On An Account...  




Why Can't I Just Use A Password, Sign-In, & Make The Changes Myself
From The Overall Settings Page?? Say We Have A Time Limit Before We
Can Do So, Or Something...

Because In Some Cases, I Still Have My Old Password,
But I No Longer Have My E-Mail Access Anymore,
But In Other Cases I Do Not Have My Password Anymore,
But I Do Still Have My E-Mail...

& In Some Cases I Have Neither One, &
In Majority Of These Cases, The Overall
Security Required Questions Are Never
Enough To Grant Access Back To Our
Accounts...

Some Times Your Required To Know A Specific Date You
Used Your Account Last, Or What Your Last Memorized
Message Was To Someone...

If You Haven't Been Online In 4 Years, Then You'll Never
Remember That Required Information...

And In The Event That You Have Setup Security Questions Setup,
In Many Cases Either The Security Questions People Forget The
Exact Wording They Used, But Remember The Answer, & Because
Of The Wording That's Off, They Still Can't Get In...

Or That They Forget Or Lose The Answer To Their Questions Entirely,
But They Have An E-Mail & Password, Or They Only Have A Password...

& In Most Of These Cases, Their Just Flat Out Denied,
Because They Have Information, But Not Enough Information...

I Think That Anyone Who Can Provide In Specific Detail
What They Had In Their Wishlists, Their Overall Inventories,
What Their Passwords Are, & Also Know The Name On
Their E-Mails, & Even Specify If They Had VIP AP Or Such,
& Can Vaguely Remember How Much Exact Currency They
Had In Their Account, & Vaguely Remember Their Last Log-In
Month To Year??


I Think Anyone Who Has That Much Information...

Should Technically Be Able To Retrieve Their Accounts
Back Without Any Issues At All, Not Only That, But There
Is Absolutely No Way Anyone Else Could Have All Of Those
Details & Information, Considering The Accounts Are Disabled,
& Locked Behind In-Activity, Soooo Nobody Can Confirm This
Overall Information, Because They Don't Have Access To The
Accounts For That 3 Or 4 Years Of It Not Being On The Active Status...


Sooooo, I Think If You Have That Info??

You Should Be Able To Provide It As A Means To Prove Your The Owner...

& It Would Be Entirely Stupid For You To Lose An Account,
Just Simply, Because That Form Of Info You Have, Just Isn't
Good Enough For Them To Unlock Your Account With, All
Simply, Cause They Aren't Willing To Allow That As Deemed
Any Form Of Way Their Unlocking Accounts Under, & That
They Require Different Information, Instead Which You Might
Not Have, ~_~

& It's Crazy To Think, You Having Information That Nobody Else Has,
Regardless Of What It Is, & You Have Enough Of It?? That The Staff
Still Denies You, Even When You Have A Substancial Amount Of Info
That Nobody Else Has, & It's All, Cause It's Not The Right Info, Or The
The Correct Info Their Looking For...

It's Crazy, Because It Shouldn't Matter What Info Is Provided At The End
Of The Day, What Should Matter Is That If You Have Enough To Prove
That You Own The Account, & You Have Enough Info About The Account
That Nobody Else Could Possibly Have... You Should Clearly Have The
Account Re-Newed, Simply, Because You Did Provide Proof, & More Then
Enough...



That Is Just Me, Though...

That's Just The Point I Am Making, Is It Shouldn't Matter What Info You Provide,
What Matters Is That If You Have Enough That Nobody Else Can Know, & That
Only You As The Owner Can Know... It Should Be Allowed, & Acceptable As A
Form Of Info That Can Unlock Your Account & Re-New It...
