Don't you think all the new customers prefer radio players and are much happier because they don't need to invest money in music playlists?

I think this is fine; radio players have been around for a long time, but with the ability to keep your own mixes separate.
In any case, I wish I'd had an explanation from IMVU. I can understand that, considering their virtual goods policy, they can do this kind of thing without warning, but what about the people who invested in having a playlist to enjoy within IMVU?

Do you think that the customers feel better knowing that IMVU has switched to radio players?

The music list is totally black. Can't see no music mix, no nothing. I was going to get VIP, but I'm not going to spend anymore money on IMVU until they fix it. Customer service isn't any help. They will say anything to get you off the telephone. No wonder IMVU went from 100k to 38K people. Most of those 38k people are mobile.

I'm wondering the same thing… I've been checking both the new music purchase page and the playlist management panel, but nothing's working… I've also been able to find something that explains what happened. I wonder if someone at IMVU could tell us anything about it?
