If you're experiencing issues launching IMVU Desktop, clearing your local cache may help. Delete the following folders based on your Operating System:
Windows:
C:\Users\<Your_Account>\AppData\Roaming\IMVU Desktop (BETA)
C:\Users\<Your_Account>\AppData\Roaming\IMVUApp
C:\Users\<Your_Account>\AppData\Local\IMVUApp-BETA
Mac:
The IMVUAPP BETA may not be available to all Mac users, and that's okay. If it is present, simply delete the folder.
/Users/<Your_Account>/Library/Application Support/IMVU Desktop
/Users/<Your_Account>/Library/Application Support/IMVUApp BETA
After deleting these folders from your operating system, try reopening IMVU Desktop.
