Account stolen, changed the email and password and they deactivated or deleted

My account was stolen and i already send ticket . And its been 6 days but theres no update yet

Well, all I can do is suggest you wait, no matter how exasperating it may be. And then, once a considerable grace period (14 days?) has passed, open a new ticket.

If you've already reported the issue, I recommend updating the ticket, adding or specifying information if you have it. In these types of processes, it's essential that they can somehow verify that your account has indeed been stolen. Data such as the first registration email or the account's username history are valuable input. If you have access to the registration email, you can also find the email that confirms your IMVU registration and shows your account's username. That's also a valuable input.
