Mi Avatar Tiene Errores

Hello imvunean friends, I am writing to report a defect in my avatar, I installed and uninstalled the program 3 times, but the error on my avatar does not change, it is left without a face, without clothes and without a hand :(, I need your help, attached screenshots so you can see the problem I am having, thank you very much for your time, have a nice week!!

The first image shows the login, the second shows that even in the DRESS section it looks the same, the third image shows the products I'm using, and the fourth shows how my avatar looks from my mobile app.
