It's not new that they've been entering the rooms every day to promote websites and nothing is done, are we being forced to make the room private to (noguest)?

They will not do anything it seem. They totally ignored my post on X in Dec about this very thing and they ignore people on here. They know they make the money cause others keep paying for VIP that really does not give them a lot. I mean its getting to be just a cash grab in total now. Look at how many things have been broken for months/years and not fixed but they start other things like VCoin and all these useless features, never updated their system to make it better and using a game engine older than half the people who are on IMVU.

Doesn't it make you feel so good knowing that IMVU respects paying customers and takes their flag reports seriously?

I talked to live chat, and told them i feel harrased by bots, they arrived every minute for over an hour, they told me to flag them, wich i always have done, and make my room privat.....:/ I am speachless...how can i chat with ppl if i limit my room... also i feel this is an attack on me and my room, cose i only have 1 of 16 rooms open for all, rest is set to no guests....

The flagging doesn't do anything. I've seen the same bot multiple times make the rounds. I was in a chatroom last night where a bot came in every other minute, literally. There was probably over 50 of them during my time in there. Please if you're going to ask us to flag and report bots, add the correct option on the drop down menu of why we're flagging the account. Or maybe add email verification as a requirement before you can enter a chat room.

Hi @Dapaz , this article explains everything about flagging and reporting: http://im.vu/help774
Totally agree. It's super annoying how this keeps happening and no one does anything. We shouldn't have to make the room private just to stop guests—we need better control.

IMVU - quite simply - does not care.
Want them to pay attention? Cancel VIP.
