IMVU Staff Needs to provide answers!

As PAYING customers, I think IMVU owes us an explanation on what is going on with music on IMVU Client.  Are they currently working on finding a new music provider? Will mixes eventually be completely removed? PLEASE, keep us informed! We deserve answers.

IMVU engineers are aware of these problems and are working to resolve them, but the fixes are taking a considerable amount of time, according to some forum posts. Additionally, IMVU's former music partner, VerveLife, is no longer active, and this may be contributing to some of the issues, according to a community post.

Mixes Not Playing:

Some users report that their music mixes are not playing, even if they are selected and shown as playing in the IMVU interface.

Other users report that music mutes after a certain amount of time in a room, requiring them to reload the room to get it playing again.

Missing Songs:

Some users have reported losing songs from their libraries, as noted in a forum post.
