Hello, I charged my credit card this morning, but it is still not credited properly. I find this unacceptable, and although you deducted the money from me, it is still not credited.

Hi @Guest_Devilbitch2, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile, they must check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

Users can check their order history if they purchased through IMVU’s website using Next.
