I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the way IMVU is currently handling creator payments and account limitations. As a long-time creator on your platform, I feel disrespected, ignored, and wrongfully restricted when it comes to accessing the money I have rightfully earned through your service.

You continue to enforce vague or inconsistent rules, while simultaneously removing all meaningful customer support channels. You have disabled phone support and redirected users to community forums where no actual resolution can be found. That is unacceptable for a company managing real money on behalf of its users.

I have completed all necessary verification steps, yet I continue to face unjust payment rejections. Specifically, you cite the “MASA limit” and state that only one payment per month is allowed. I followed this rule exactly, waited the required time, and submitted my request one full month after the previous one—yet it was still denied.

Meanwhile, IMVU continues to receive instant payment from my work the moment it sells in your shop. You are benefiting from my labor, while refusing to pay me what I am due. You are withholding not just a few dollars, but thousands, across multiple accounts. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue, and your repeated failure to fix it is completely unacceptable.

I also note that IMVU has downgraded or stripped away multiple services—such as VIP benefits, Pro Creator status, and payout privileges—without proper communication or options for creators to appeal. You impose limits, but offer no support or resolution pathways when those limits are met. This leaves creators like myself with no way to access the money we've earned and no one to speak to.

Let me be clear: I have kept careful records of every sale, every balance, and every communication. According to your own Terms of Service, monthly payouts are allowed. You are now in violation of that agreement. I demand immediate release of the payments owed to me.

I will not accept automated replies, links to unrelated FAQs, or excuses. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to share my experience publicly and consider additional legal steps to recover what I am owed. This is not a threat—it is a result of your failure to fulfill your obligation to your creators.

I expect a direct and specific response addressing my payment—not a generic template. I also expect the funds owed to me to be released ASAP.

Sincerely,
