For several days now when my followers and myself post to the feed on NEXT, some will appear correctly, and some just appear white. (no text, no image).

Hi @GeishaDojatiHinako, it seems like you're experiencing an issue where some posts on your IMVU NEXT feed appear as white screens or blank images instead of displaying the content. This can be frustrating, especially if you're trying to share and interact with friends.

Here's what might be happening and some steps to try:

Possible Causes:

Temporary glitches or loading errors: Sometimes, the feed may experience minor hiccups that prevent images from loading correctly.

Issues with specific image types or formats: IMVU might have limitations on the types or sizes of images that can be displayed on the feed.

Third-party image hosting issues: If images are linked from external websites, those sites may have terms of service or technical problems that prevent them from displaying on the feed.

IMVU server or network issues: There might be temporary problems with IMVU's servers that affect feed loading.

Account-specific issues: In some cases, the problem might be related to your IMVU account.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Try Again Later: Often, these issues are temporary. Give it some time and try viewing the feed again later.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: This can help remove cached data that might be causing loading problems. IMVU support suggests this for some feed issues.

Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can interfere with image loading.

Restart the IMVU application: Closing and reopening the app can often resolve minor glitches.

Try a Different Photo/Post: If you are the one posting, try uploading a different image or creating a new post to see if the issue is with a specific item.

Check for IMVU Updates: Make sure your IMVU application is up to date, as updates often include bug fixes.

Optimize Photo Size: If you're posting, consider reducing the file size of your photo if it's large.

Contact IMVU Support: If the problem persists, contact IMVU support for assistance. They can investigate further and provide more specific troubleshooting steps for your situation. You can submit a support ticket at https://support.imvu.com/support/tickets/new.

Regarding white faces or characters:

Based on user discussions, white faces or characters on IMVU classic client/PC, specifically, might be related to certain facial products (like highlights) that appear correctly only on mobile. This seems to be a known issue that IMVU is working on.

Hopefully, these suggestions are helpful.
