Hi @HotCocoPuffs29  If your IMVU account is stuck at 67% on the home screen loading, here's a summary of potential solutions based on the search results:

1. General Troubleshooting:

Restart everything: Close IMVU completely and restart your computer or device.

Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable and strong connection. You could try restarting your router.

Clear the IMVU cache: This can resolve loading issues caused by accumulated data.

IMVU Classic: Log in, go to Settings > Advanced > Clear IMVU cache and restart client.

IMVU Mobile (Android): Go to Settings > Apps > IMVU > Clear Data and Clear Cache.

IMVU Desktop (Windows): Delete the IMVUApp-BETA and IMVU Desktop folders in %userprofile%\AppData\Local.

Update IMVU: Make sure you have the latest version installed.

Reinstall IMVU: If clearing the cache doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the application.

Windows: Use "Add or remove programs" in Settings.

Mac: Move the app to the Trash.

Check for conflicting software: Your antivirus or firewall may be blocking IMVU. Try adding IMVU to the exception list.

2. Specific to the 67% loading issue:

Wait: Some users have reported the loading process eventually completing after waiting for a significant amount of time, even for powerful computers. This might suggest syncing or updating is occurring.

3. Advanced troubleshooting (if other steps fail):

Run as administrator: This can help with download/installation issues.

Compatibility mode: If using an older Windows version, try running IMVU in compatibility mode.

Clean boot: This can help identify if other programs are interfering.

Free up space and clear temporary files: Ensure enough space is available on your drive and clear temporary internet files.

Network diagnostics (Windows): Release and renew your IP address using the command prompt.

4. Contact IMVU Support:

If the issue persists, contact IMVU support for further assistance. Provide details like your device model, operating system, and a description of the problem, including screenshots if possible.

Important Notes:

Be cautious when modifying system settings or downloading older versions of software. Only use trusted sources for downloads.

Temporarily disabling your security software is a quick check, but ensure you re-enable it for your safety.

Hopefully, these steps will help resolve the loading issue and allow access to the IMVU account.
