I got a message when I logged in to verify my identity and that I should "Contact Us". I seem to need some help. My imvu user is LapisLazuleon. Anyone can help me with that? I don't want to lose my account.

Sometimes getting a 2 way authentication helps prove you are the person who created the account. Also being able to give details about previous purchases made for IMVU like Name Registration / Change, Access Pass and such helps.
