How long am I going to be waiting or a response to remove a hold from my account? It’s been like 10 days now and supposedly your suppose to wait up to 5 days.

I've been playing this game for quite a few years now. But... I've always been frustrated with the way you earn credits in this game. For example, video ads, where you watch a video, sometimes it bugs out, it goes off the screen... And you only earn 10 credits. Gosh, if it were 20 or 30, it would be a thousand times better. I really wish you would change that. And... IMVU Classic... It's really buggy sometimes. Like, the hair or even the clothes get really buggy. It really seems like this game was made to be played on a cell phone. But playing IMVU Classic on a PC is a thousand times better. You can enter several rooms with several people at the same time. And you can enter the store and invite someone. In the store too. So it's good on a PC. But... It has a lot of bugs. It would be great if you could fix that. I really like this game. I don't want to give up playing it because of these bugs. Or because things are too expensive.  Please, lower the prices of things. A bracelet shouldn't cost 500 or 600 credits. So, please, if possible, change that a little, because it's really annoying to keep saving and saving credits and then end up spending it all on accessories that shouldn't have such an absurd price. And you should change it to some things that also cost at least 200 credits or 100, the basics, you know? Because a bracelet shouldn't cost that much. So, if you changed it a little, maybe people would come back to play. People would see that the game has lowered its prices. Although half of some of the problems in this game are people who are really selfish and annoying. But that's not your problem. The problem should be the way you earn credits and the way you make us spend them. And we shouldn't pay an absurd amount to have AP or AGE or other packages.  Like, not everyone has money for these things. It would be great if AGE was free for us. Because it's practically a confirmation of your age. So there shouldn't be this package, the paid AGE, but rather free. It would be much easier and people would like it. Also because I think it opens up a new horizon, right, for more private rooms, more 18s and everything. But for that to happen, we would have to show that we are adults without having to pay. I think it would be much easier that way.

Now make sure the IMVU staff responding to your help ticket are made aware that you have started using the IMVU 2 way authentication app. 


Be prepared to be patient because the IMVU staff are very busy with important things and many other customers who filed help tickets long before you did. 


Also don't forget to tell the IMVU staff responding to your help ticket that you are very thankful that your account was placed on hold to ensure that only the correct owner of the account is the only one who can use it.  Always treat the staff members with EXTRA RESPECT no matter how frustrated or upset you get with this annoying and slow process.

Sometimes getting the 2 way account authentication app added to account helps get the hold lifted. 


On IMVU NEXT one can sign up for the IMVU 2 way authentication app. 


Doing this helps ensure that account is only used by the correct owner by IMVU sending security code to the original E Mail address used to create the account. This security code is used to log into the account after the password is used. Think of this as a second password that changes each time one logs into IMVU.
