I would like to file a complaint regarding an issue with the IMVU VIP subscription renewal. When the VIP subscription expires and you attempt to renew it on the same day, the system does not allow the payment—it displays an error message. Because of this bug, users are forced to renew only the day after the expiration date.
Now, I’ve noticed that my store has disappeared, and when I contacted support, they informed me that it would remain inactive for 3 days because I "didn’t pay on time." This is extremely frustrating, especially since the system itself is bugged and prevents timely payments. This issue occurs specifically with monthly subscriptions.
Has this happened to anyone else? If IMVU is going to penalize users for "late payments," the app should at least function correctly and allow payments to be processed on the actual due date.
