My avatar outfit won’t load fully—anyone else dealing with this?

Hey all,

I’ve been having this weird issue for a few days now—whenever I change my outfit, some parts of it just won’t load. Either the clothes stay “loading” forever, or my avatar ends up missing shoes, hair, or random items. It happens both in the dressing room and in chat rooms, and it’s honestly kind of frustrating when I’ve spent time putting a look together

Totally get how frustrating that is, I have  had outfits half load too, and it really throws off the vibe. Sometimes clearing cache or switching rooms helps, but yeah, IMVU can be weird like that. Hope it sorts out soon.

Yeah, that’s been happening to me too sometimes. Usually reloading the world or reselecting the avatar helps. If not, it might just be a loading bug or connection issue.

Ugh, that’s so annoying! I had the same prob last week, my avatar was just chilling with no pants on, like, excuse me?

I have seen that too, usually when things are running slow or the outfit has too many pieces. Try reloading the room or starting with a basic outfit first. It is annoying, especially after spending time on the loutokp!

Yep, been there. Sometimes it’s just a server hiccup or loading issue, reloading the world or switching instances usually helps. If not, check if any parts of the outfit rely on missing assets or broken links. Super annoying when it happens mid-hangout.

I have been through that too. It’s annoying, especially when you are tryna get the whole vibe right. Sometimes it’s just IMVU being slow, but other times it’s because certain items don’t play nice with each other or the room’s loading gets stuck. What worked for me was clearing the cache and reloading the room, or switching to a different room and back. Not a perfect fix, but it’s saved my outfit more than once.
