I made 2 previous tickets and closed it bc the ignored it, just made a new one and i don’t know when will they reply

I'm in the same situation. IMVU doesn't respond. They know how to block accounts, but they don't review the tickets. I sent proof a while ago, and they're still waiting for an agent.

Submit a new help ticket if the first one isn't being responded to.
I submitted a ticket to restore my account back but i feel like im waiting for ever, can anyone please help me!
