2 factor isn't sending to email

My imvu is asking for the 2-factor code to log in and when I go to my email it's nowhere to be seen, not in the junk or spam. I recently even got a notice saying my friend sent me credits so I know it's not that its a wrong email. I've even gone as far as restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling and also trying the desktop version. It's just not sending the code.

Hello @Richina , please check your SPAM or junk folder, as it may be going there. Try requesting a new code, as it sometimes gives an error and doesn't send it the first time. If the problem persists, you can contact Customer Service for further assistance:
