Hello IMVU Support,

My account ERVABEIGE was suspended and I can no longer access the email linked to it. I cannot verify via email, so I’m asking for help to recover my account or update my email.

I can provide the following information to verify ownership:

• Username: ERVABEIGE

• I created the account approximately 9 years ago

• Last accessed: a long time ago

• Logged in from: iPhone 11 and ASUS laptop (location: Rize, Turkey)

• Frequently purchased credits over the years (but I don’t remember exact dates)

• Possible past passwords: irmak53, irmak5353, or ırmak53

I would be very grateful if you could help me recover my account or at least allow me to change the linked email. Please let me know what else I can do to prove I am the rightful owner.
