First file a help ticket explaining what happened with a few files attached which includes receipts as evidence that the transaction actually happened.
Second wait for a reply from the staff. Be extremely patient, very respectful and stay calm even if the reply from the staff seems to be an automated generated and generic response to specific key words in your opening statement of the help ticket instead of the complete context. The reply given might be advice or a tutorial on how one uses the apps to purchase credits because the AI saw the word: "credits" written in your opening statement.
Once your help ticket has had a few exchanges back and forth without getting resolved then a human staff member might step in and actually read what has been written. If that staff member feels you were being VERY RESPECTFUL and NICE to the other "staff members" (even though they seemed to misunderstand everything you were telling them) then the issue might get resolved faster.
It won't help get this issue resolved faster if you aren't being VERY RESPECTFUL and NICE when replying back.
