Submitted a Ticket Regarding a Hold Placed on My Account Due to Inactivity. Haven’t Received a Response.

Hello.

I submitted a ticket [#580330] 7 days ago, but I haven’t received a response yet. A hold was placed on my account since I’ve been away for a few years.


I’ve already provided details like my birthdate, email, and address. Since I haven’t made any purchases, there’s no billing info available. I’m not sure if staff are able to check the billing history on my IMVU account, but I can provide proof if necessary. I was only gifted things by someone else.


Also, I’ve just enabled 2FA on this account, which should help verify that I’m the rightful owner, since I still have access to the email.

I’d really like to update my account with a new look, but the hold is preventing me from doing so.

Right, I'm just posting in the forums, as I've seen other people do with the same problem as mine.

It usually takes a very long time to get a response on help tickets from IMVU. 


They will probably request that you provide them with the same information that you already did.
