On Jul 5th i Bought a 10k credit pack and did not receive my reward. Then for, i opened a ticket with my id card and selfie for identity verification, so the payment could be processed and case solved , but still not solved and i want it to be solved soon, i Lost both credits and money, or refund me .

Hello, make sure to keep communication with imvu support until resolve .
