My app wont work AT ALL on phone. it always says "We're experiencing technical difficulties here. Try again in a moment" Ive had an account here for over a year and this has never happened. it works on my laptop, what's going on? its been happening for 2 months

I did what it said and it still doesn't work. it also wont let me go onto the site on mobile.
