Imvu staff not taking rresponsibilty

why is it I have an issue with buying credits and a name change token (which I had none 10 days ago) I submit a ticket and imvu staff come back with 'oh you need to speak with your bank'. Please, come on. 10 days ago there was no issue but yesterday it became an issue, when I've used same cards for years.
