I have been trying to get in contact with imvu for months now I have filled out two ticket forms one I got a response on but once I responded back on it no one replied or helped me the second ticket no one has bothered to even reply my account has been on hold for awhile now I have been trying to get i off of hold and even pay what I owe to get it of of hold I have sent them my information many times my ID everything for verification not once have I been helped by them and I can’t use live chat I am not a VIP and also cannot buy VIP because my account is on hold so please someone help me.
