IMVU blocked my account for no reason since September 2024
Few months they’re not even answering my mails
First they said I need to send my ID and a handwritten letter which I SENT but until then no answer and I am still blocked
My account was blocked right after I wanted to buy something (the AP)

I re created multiples tickets since but still like I said still blocked.
Like I said multiple times I sent all the documents and hand written things they asked. So unblock me. I am on this account since 2018. And I put much money in it. Or you simply refund me 1967€

They respond in September, it’s been several months they don’t answer anymore.
Like I said I sent them ALL the documents and hand written texts they asked but still my account is blocked.

Staff said this ticket number #510039 has been response . But as you did reply to them with your ID . Your ID is expired . Need new ID and resubmit same number ticket to resolve it .
