I sent it today in response to what they told me. I couldn't respond to my ticket so i had to send another.

Don’t make another ticket. It can confused imvu support. Only use first old ticket . Ticket take 1-5 days response .

I think my most recent ticket was last Monday. They said to wait 5-7 days and i did. Still, no response nothing. I need to know what’s going on, this is frustrating. I can't enjoy using the app in peace. If i create a account today, they ban it by tomorrow morning or evening. I'm not a bot, I'm a real person. And i doubt they're not responding because of multiple tickets

you asked for helps . I point out the help you needs . How long ago did imvu support have not response to you for your first old ticket ? . There many reason not being response due to making so many tickets for confused imvu / response without waiting to receive can be delay .
