Good morning, Can someone from the imvu managers speak responsibly and seriously? Can they give explanations and answer us why there is this delay in the evaluation of the products? It is unacceptable to wait 8-10 days for a product to be evaluated. We are outraged. We pay vip and there is no response. Patience runs out at some point. as proof, I am listing my products, which I demand to pass an evaluation. As you will see, there is no 24-48 hour period. My products have not been evaluated for 8 days (192 hours). As I have said before, as soon as the VIP ends, you close it without any delay. At this moment, to create a furnished room, I am waiting 16 days. That is, half VIP. Now I demand that my products be evaluated immediately. Otherwise, compensate the VIP value in any way.

It had been a while since I last time peer reviewed products so today I reviewed a product. 


This time it was a bikini with both top and bottom. It looked skimpy and barely covered the red zones when standing so a propper product check was needed to make sure the red zones wouldn't be exposed when posing or seen from behind the testing window. Such a check takes time to preform. 


From the time that I clicked the peer review button to open the app to the time I clicked the button to pass the product took 4 minutes and 17 seconds. It takes time to load pages and to do a complete product check. If the product had been furniture with several poses or a room with even more standing spots and poses then a propper product check would have taken a lot longer than the bikini.


To only pay me 5 promo credits didn't inspire me to want to use my time and effort to review more products today. Maybe I will review a product again tomorrow but probably not more than one per day.

Products can only be processed in peer review at the rate they currently are because there is a limited amount of folk who feel like reviewing products. This can only change if the volume of products submitted decreases or the amount of folk reviewing products increases.


Unless the developers figure out how to get more folk to peer review products then there isn't much that can be done to speed up the the time needed to process the volume of products submitted. One of the ways that this can be done I mentioned in my previous post. 


If enough developers present solutions to to increase IMVU users who review products to the management staff of IMVU then peer review might move faster; provided that such solutions get implemented.


Until solutions are implemented then developers need to be patient because help tickets with complaints aren't the solution.

I have had products stuck in peer for ages now, this isnt good enough I am doing peer review and have paid my dev fees. I submitted a ticket 14 days ago and I am still waiting for a response, waiting on an agent. At this rate no one will be creating.

Do you think this is a normal delay? https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=72192216 is from 16/8/25. 12 days 288 hours. and some other products which are 11 days. It's ridiculous and no one comes out to speak responsibly. Otherwise we pay vip.

Ok this is my summing up on peer. When I checked 1 day ago only 1 item had passed peer in 24 hours, then a day later pages and pages are now coming through. I think imvu have been working on something. So, If I am correct, there will be a backlog to pass items. It would be nice if a member of staff could confirm what the hold up was.

Why do product prices have to increase? They earn little? and in the end they won't pay real money, they will give promos, nothing. At some point they will have to look at the users, to make the environment here more pleasant. In vain, a great gaming platform will close because if users stop paying for a VIP that doesn't offer them anything, then they won't receive any money. As happened with other gaming platforms. not everything is continuous increases, profit comes in a different way.

Unless more IMVU users start peer reviewing products then don't expect newly derived products to be processed any faster than newly derived products currently are.


Until IMVU users get paid more than 5 promo credits per item peer reviewed then IMVU users might not think it's worth their time and effort to do it. 


To finance such a pay increase would you be willing to pay a higher product submission fee?

Good morning from me too. For this reason of the delays without any burden for their mistakes, I stopped creating. For this reason I will stop the vip. Believe me and many other dissatisfied people will stop. The gentlemen think that with the diamonds and gold vips they will earn more. They just think so. If there is no store there are no buyers. They lose money. If they don't understand it, they will close imvu, like they closed other platforms. They simply extend the life of the game. Too bad, too bad that they don't try to fix something and all they think about is profit. what a pity.
