Question about ethics and criteria of research to obtain credits on Imvu

I recently participated in a survey related to education. As a higher education student, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, I encountered questions aimed at classifying the type of person eligible for the survey. However, to my surprise, I was disqualified at the end of the questionnaire, even though I answered completely honestly and clearly fit the suggested profile.

This type of situation raises serious questions about the integrity of the offers made available. I wonder: what criteria are used to define who is and who isn't "eligible"? Is there some kind of ethical filter or regulation that ensures these surveys aren't being used solely to collect user data without offering the promised compensation?

The most frustrating thing is investing time in a lengthy form, answering seriously, and being rejected without receiving even 1% of the promised credits. This conveys a sense of manipulation and disrespect for the user, which, frankly, is unacceptable for a platform the size of IMVU. Therefore, I demand a clear and objective position from the team on the following points:

What types of surveys are offered, and based on what criteria are users considered eligible?

Is there any type of quality control, ethical, or regulatory criteria that guide these practices?

What is being done to ensure that users are not harmed by participating in these surveys?

I await your response and action. As a user of the platform, I believe I have the right to receive transparent clarification about practices that directly affect my in-game experience.
