Good morning, I'm trying to buy credits or VIP, but when I make the payment, the IMVU system freezes and won't let me make the payment. At first, I thought it was the bank, and I called, but it's not the bank's account; it's a separate account directly from the IMVU website. Is there a way to resolve this situation? I've been playing IMVU for many years, and I'm always making purchases, VIP payments, and credits. ITALY

That question needs to be answered by the IMVU tech dependent. They can only be contacted through a help ticket.
