My Account As Been Put On Hold And Its Been 10 days and I have not had any staff respond to my ticket please help me

Im trying to get my case pushed to the staff a bit since its been 10 days and no responses

Only the IMVU staff can remove the hold on the account. 


Since you have already started the process by filling a help ticket then there is nothing we can do to help you other than tell you to be patient.
