Olá boa tarde, eu comprei o age para verificação de idade e assim obter meu ap porém no meu jogo não mostra o meu age ativado e colocaram a idade errada e eu quero obter meu ap me ajudem por favor eu gastei muito dinheiro

Hello IMVU Support,


I have purchased the Access Pass and the payment was successfully completed, but my age verification failed. I submitted my PAN card for verification, but it seems that IMVU did not accept it.


Kindly guide me on how I can verify my age again using an accepted ID such as Passport, Driving License, or National ID card. If re-verification is not possible, please issue a refund for my payment.


Here are my details:

Transaction ID: T2509032311327681790106


Date of Purchase: 03/09/25


Amount Paid: 550



Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello IMVU Support,  


I recently attempted Age Verification and the payment was successfully deducted.  

However, my Age Verification status is showing as FAILED.  


Because of this, my account features are on hold and I cannot access upgrades.  

Kindly review my case, verify my account correctly or issue a refund for the payment.  


Details:  

- IMVU Username: anil  

- Email linked to account: kanil79207@gmail.com  

- Payment Method: [Card/UPI/PayPal]  

- Transaction ID (if available): [write here]
