Age Verification Failed but Payment Charged

Hello IMVU Support,


I have purchased the Access Pass and the payment was successfully completed, but my age verification failed. I submitted my PAN card for verification, but it seems that IMVU did not accept it.


Kindly guide me on how I can verify my age again using an accepted ID such as Passport, Driving License, or National ID card. If re-verification is not possible, please issue a refund for my payment.
