I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding my creator account, which has now earned two months of payouts but remains unpaid—despite being approved for cash withdrawal eligibility.
Let me be very clear: This is not the same account that had a prior issue or any purchase-related flag. This account is separate, fully compliant, and I began creating with it after your system verified my eligibility for payouts. I invested both time and money into building this catalog, with the expectation of fair and timely compensation.
Yet here I am:
Still waiting for two months’ worth of payouts (due to the $500/month cap).
Being told to wait again — this time under the excuse of a new reverification requirement, despite your previous approval.
While your systems allow only one request at a time, they do not protect creators from unreasonable, unexplained delays.
Meanwhile, my other previously verified account are also facing payout delays now exceeding 8 days — and you're now stating that payouts take two weeks after a full month wait? This is not outlined in your TOS, and I have seen no updated policy explaining this delay.
I have fulfilled every obligation on my end. I complied with verification. I created original content. I followed the rules. What I’m asking for is simple: To be paid for my work.
It is unacceptable that:
You introduce sudden new policies mid-stream.
You delay payment without giving any formal reason or update.
You prioritize vague internal processes while ignoring your obligations to creators who make your platform possible.
And while you hold creators in limbo, the platform allows underage users to access adult rooms, which many of us avoid by creating private rooms. Your focus seems misplaced when trusted adult creators are delayed or penalized, while child safety concerns go unaddressed.
I am now reaching a breaking point. I should not have to beg to be paid for work I’ve already done. If this is not resolved immediately:

I'm over your tickets in which you don't answer and the fact your playing with people. You get paid right way. Yet, we have to wait. How lucky you are to get paid first. And the lovely copy and pasted notes for us to come to this forum thing which sorry I really dislike for the fact when we do your mods just close them or gives us more of what you give us. Copy and pasted links. Around and around we go where ever we stop no one knows. BUT IMVU
