Has anyone ever had a fast response from imvu on a support ticket?

Yes
In the past (5 to 8 years ago and earlier) it was not uncommon to get a response before the end of the following workday.
This did not mean that all cases would get solved on that first response. Just like these days sometimes a case back then still required some back and forth correspondence to conclude the case.
