Hi @Usernameiu2g13g1v23 , It can take 1 to 5 full days for non-VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for Customer Support to respond.

Yes, I am asking for staff to do that, it has been over 30 hours since I made it and it hasn't been updated
