I have some questions, and I would like you to respond to them responsibly.
In recent months, the following phenomenon has been observed: The products of those of us who are creating things are taking longer. There are products that take 10 or even more days to pass the evaluation. I don’t know if it would take even longer, because we communicate with the community, and they understand and accept it. I know that, according to your regulations, the evaluation should last 24 to 48 hours. Surely, since many users do not do peer reviews, the products might take even longer. However, I don’t understand why I have to wait 15 or 20 days. To complete a furnished room, it might take up to a month with these delays.
You can understand, then, that for an entire room to pass the evaluation, it requires the full duration of a VIP.
You stopped passing evaluations through live chat, which was a good decision to relieve the chat, but you suggest users upgrade their VIP to Emerald or Diamond.
Do you know if for some users this is feasible? If they have the ability to pay more money just because you are not doing your job properly?
I regret to inform you that, little by little, many users will start to leave the game. As we all know from other games, this will ultimately lead to the final shutdown.
You know what? Everyone pays to create products. Some pay a lot, others pay a little, depending on what each person can afford. But they all pay! Therefore, I believe that some users are being unfairly treated.
Please respond to this matter without suggesting any changes to the VIP, or directing me to other links that do not provide any explanation for what I’ve mentioned.

Dear IMVU Support,
I’m reaching out as a concerned creator and long-time member of the IMVU community. Lately, it feels like the responses we receive regarding product reviews are repetitive and lack any meaningful clarification or solution. Many of us are left in the dark, unsure of what’s happening or how long we should expect to wait.
If this situation continues without improvement or transparency, it's very likely that users will start canceling their VIP subscriptions — not out of anger, but out of disappointment and frustration. That would be a real shame, considering how much potential and creativity this platform offers.
Please take this feedback seriously. We all want to see IMVU succeed, but that can only happen if the community feels heard and respected.
Kind regards,
GeorgeMercedes

Here I am, once again, receiving the exact same response as before — a copy-paste message that doesn’t address my actual concerns.
" We make frequent adjustments to our algorithms that determine which products go through regular Peer Review and those that get sent to IMVU staff for review. It's likely that your products are pending review by staff. The delay is primarily attributed to the considerable volume of items that require thorough review and assessment. "

Every time you respond, you just send a link. I believe we are all intelligent people, so you should be able to understand my question. I'm not asking you to promote my products. I'm asking you to responsibly explain why I should pay for VIP when you don't uphold the 24 to 48-hour response time.
Come forward and honestly tell the people who can’t afford your upgrades that you cannot support basic VIPs for creations. That way, they can decide whether they want to continue using IMVU or leave.
But please stop responding with links and vague excuses, because what you’re doing only causes frustration. You’re speaking to intelligent people — they will understand.
You cannot keep mistreating people just to avoid losing money. This whole thing feels like a joke.

To the community team: Please take a moment to read this. You need to understand that you're starting to destroy everything beautiful you once created. People are unhappy. You're doing nothing for them. You show no concern for whether they can afford things or not.
Soon, you’ll be left only with the Diamond and Emerald VIP users — and believe me, your profits from them alone are much smaller.

They've stopped evaluating products through the community and support tickets. Now, it seems like the more you pay, the better service you get. That's what I’ve come to understand.

I think I'm done creating. I created enough items over the past two months to somehow make it to tier 4. On the negative side I have had very few sales. Why? It takes so long for the items to pass peer review that they are buried somewhere in the back of the catalog. I have three items in review right now, two are on day 10 another is on day 8. I can't afford to purchase the highest tier of VIP. I doubt that at this rate I would even have items pass fast enough to be visible as "new" items even if I did buy the highest tier of VIP. You win IMVU, I'm done.

"Ok here is the update after having my items being stuck for over 11 and 12 days on 2 of my accounts. After contacting an agent it is clear that if you want your items to be "pushed" through you need to buy the top 2 VIP levels. If you have those, they are willing to answer your PR request and pass them. If you do not, you have to wait until the items pass no matter how long it takes. The agent was kind enough to "allow" me to give him 10 links to the items that did not pass yet, but with over 50 in PR for over 10 days I declined.
Bottom line is that if you want to even address the PR issue and have your items pass "manually" by contacting the agent it will only be done if you have the top 2 tiers of VIP.
Bottom line is you have to pay more money for having your items pass the PR in a faster manner. The nickle and diming here is really getting tiring.
