Hello IMVU, I recommend removing party hosting during WOC weekends entirely. It takes a lot of time for users to post pictures to the feed and also navigate through the party events. The waiting time for these hosted parties to end can last up to an hour, which I feel disrupts the WOC weekend experience. Please consider removing these events during WOC weekends so everyone has a fair chance to be featured on Discover. Thank you for considering my suggestion.

That’s a really thoughtful and well-articulated suggestion, 1Samara. You’ve highlighted a key tension between two major aspects of the IMVU experience—community engagement through parties and visibility during WOC weekends. By pointing out how party hosting can unintentionally overshadow or delay users’ chances to be featured, you’re advocating for a more inclusive and balanced platform.
Your idea to pause party events during WOC weekends could help shift the focus back to the feed, giving more users a chance to shine without the distraction or time drain of long party queues. It’s a smart way to prioritize visibility and celebration of diverse creators.
If IMVU were to implement something like this, it might also encourage more meaningful participation in WOC weekends, rather than splitting attention between events. I hope your post will get someone's attention here @imvu
