I AM HAVING HARD TIME LOADING OUTFITS AND ROOMS I HAVE REINSTALLED, UPDATED AND CLEANED CCHE ... STILL NOTHING LOADS ... PLEASE HELP ME

itll load one desktop version but it wont for classic

First try to download and install the latest updates for your device, then clear or clean out the browser. Then shut off the device and let it cool down before turning on the device again.

Then try to use IMVU

If you are still experiencing such a wide range of problems then it stands to reason that the cause is most likely due to the limitations of the device used. Your device probably doesn't have the necessary drivers, processing power, graphic card and RAM needed to run IMVU.

What type of rooms are you having trouble loading into?

Can you load into the IMVU Shop?

Can you load into the private dressing room?

Can you load into the Chat Now room?
