I am being blocked from sending messages to people in my forum group.
I am otherwise not personally blocked by them or anything.
I have about 110 people in my group that joined my events group, so i could MESSAGE THEM ABOUT EVENTS THAT THEY JOINED TO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT.
I used to be able to send an announcement to everyone. No problem.
I didn't even know there was an issue until someone in my group messaged me that they saw a 'New Message sent by BlueAngelNatalie' on their message center, but there was no message in their in-box.
Now I get blocked after 15-30, it varies. I see the message was blocked when I go over to my messages page, and nothing is in the out-box. But on the group page it says 'So-and-so will see this message immediately' Yeah, nope they don't.
Why am I blocked from messaging people that have ASKED ME TO MESSAGE THEM ABOUT MY TEAM'S EVENTS.
If they don't want messages, they can leave the group, or ask me to remove them. No problem.
Why is IMVU treating us like we are the enemy?
My group works hard to put on a fun event, but we can't tell anyone about it!

As pointed out in my post, no one is blocking me. I would see a specific error message in red letters on a specific user if that was the case.
No one in my group is under 18! It is AP only members.
What software am I supposed to reinstall? Google Chrome? Edge? Firefox?
If I am limited to about 10 messages a day, the Event will be over before I can message everyone.
I guess I could migrate to my own website forum and email people from there.

Hi @BlueAngelNatalie , Here is a list of reasons why messages are not sent:
1. A user has blocked us, the user does not want to be contacted
2. A user has set their messages to Friends Only- you must be a friend to contact the user/send
them a friend request
3. A user is under 18- adults are kept separate from minors
4. We are spamming messages to quickly- IMVU limits messages to prevent spamming/take a
break from IMVU try again in a few hours
5. Our internet connection is weak or not working- refresh connection/move to a new location
6. There may be an issue with the software- uninstall/clear application data/then reinstall
