hi am annoyed that imvu removed two items from my private room it was a bed and a car that i bought in the shop but they took it anyway imvu u want to return them immediatly with all posses intact!!!! imvu is killing the site for me if u dont ur gonna lose a lot of customers and users of the site wake up imvu

My wife and I have a public room that is dedicated to alternative rock music. There is a chair that both of us sit in that has a poster above it and when I first made the room I had a certain picture there and I knew that picture. After a few weeks of having that room that picture changed completely. It went from a Foo Fighters poster or whatever it was to a poster of David Bowie. I do not object to the poster that replaced what was up there but come on.

Then the IMVU user should flag any UFI products they find in the IMVU shop instead of purchase such products.
The red arrow points where to click when reporting a product that should not be in the shop.
Anyone who purchases a UFI product will be made accountable for their action.
Failure to report a message with gifted product that is UFI is a violation of the Terms Of Service and a violation of the User Guidelines.

Why are you giving me a generic response? That is so annoying. Don't you get it? IMVU sells "sexual nature" items IN THEIR SHOP! So if that if RaptorScorpionHawk purchased those items from IMVU'S shop, they should either refund her/his money back or give their products back. Geeze!

If IMVU did take them away from their private room when this person PURCHASED FROM THEIR SHOP, IMVU should return them to him/her. Now if this person purchase from a person NOT related to IMVU, then that's different.

That only happens if products are UFI, especially if such products are of a sexual nature.
You should have known better than to purchase such products; especially given the years and experience on this site that you have.
Consider yourself lucky if 2 product deletions and 2 warnings were the only actions IMVU took against you.
I advise that you don't do it again because strike 3 might be worse.
