Open the phones back up and put the chat support back to 7 days a week !!!! Use your common sense and stop making us wait 2 hours on the live chat before you even respond to us on it and stop making us wait 2 weeks to reply to our cases..stop lying to us and acting like you closed the phones and chat down to make it better and faster to improve the experience for us...Thats a lie !!! We pay money for this mess you created so what are you charging us VIP money for if you have a closed phone support now and a diminished live chat???????

Since the Staff of IMVU neither seems to read nor respond to what the customers post in the forums then at best you are only preaching to the choir.
