Obviously you know how to make purchases from IMVU since you have previously upgraded your account. 

It stands to reason that the problem is something has changed on your side of the transaction process. 

I am making this educated guess because others with VIP are still able to maintain their subscription payments and still others without VIP yet are able to upgrade to VIP without difficulty.

I suggest contacting your financial advisor at your bank to solve your problem.

Your statement isn't easy to understand because it doesn't quite make sense. If my advice isn't the solution to solve your problem then it's because you failed to correctly describe your problem using proper English grammar. 

Go to your account webpage to find the section to activate or deactivate the VIP display icon / badge on the Classic IMVU Homepage and the IMVU Classic Profile Card. 

This is how one "puts" VIP visibility / display on or off.

Now you can "put" your VIP

No one can receive anyone's VIP; it's a subscription that is for a single account that isn't shared between or burrowed from anyone else's account. Maybe a VIP membership subscription can be paid for by someone else but the subscription is for a single account can't be shared or burrowed by anyone else.
