Sorry, I gotta rant and feel everyone here needs to hear this cause service here lately has been some complete bullshit.

A week ago. I asked to get some items to be rerated as they were not AP items. The items in question were furkinis. Nothing adult showing it was just a kini to put on the fur. They said it's a AP product cause it's a "skin product" but yet they advertise their page with a furry WEARING A FURKINI in a G rated setting?!?? How is that ok if it's considered a AP product??? [Pic Provided as proof] Double standards much?

NOW they banned me from Peer Review cause I somehow misrated items for the shop??? I dunno how that even happened. >:( I don't rate things wrongly on purpose! I check the items before voting! If it happened it could've been a glitch or a bug when I was doing peer review which has been happening a lot lately. Yet, they refuse to help me. I was told I wasn't allowed to have it back. You really think someone who's been on IMVU for 12 years is gonna purposely misrate a item for the shop???

I used to get decent help. Only just till recently have I been getting extremely poor service from IMVU when I send in help tickets. SHAME ON YOU IMVU! Just cause you had changes to your services, doesn't make it right to brush issues off nor right to not help customers at all. You're gonna lose business.

FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE AND STOP SETTING A DOUBLE STANDARD!

Ignore The Petrazenka User Reply, They Left A Comment On One Of My Posts...

This User Is Neglectful & Lacks Any Form Of Sustainability Behind Their Claims,
They Provide Responses To Topics Almost As If They Have No Grounds To
Hold Any Form Of Footing, Either They Are A BOT Or They Are A User Who's
Just Doing This To Grab Attention Twards Them, Or Their Trying To Derail
Topics Off, So Just Ignore Them Entirely, & Don't Respond To Them At All, o___O

PS:

I Do Not Trust The Company Behind IMVU Anymore, Something Rotten
Has Befouled Their Staff, & The Only Thing I'm Doing From Now On Is
Play The Free Spin When I'm Able To, I Won't Do Anything Else In Terms
Of Account Situations Any Longer...

The Way They Are Treating People Is Gonna Cost Them All Sorts Of Money,
& Even If It Doesn't, They Won't Be Able To Keep IMVU Open, Because
A Re-Fresh Of IMVU Isn't Sustainable At The Price Differences They Have
Now, Basically It Sounds Like Their Killing The Platform, & Just Refusing
To Admit This Publicly...

Also Petrazenta tell me. If a furkini, if you even know what that is... but here's the run down, it's basically a bikini that has all minimum coverage areas covered on the model (no red showing). After it goes on the model, it'll show up to blend in with the rest of the furry, basically it's just used to show off the design of the furry as we do take a lot of time making these. There's never any bad things showing, like genitals/breasts etc if their is then of course it should be marked AP. None of mine never have nudity. After it's on the model it makes it look the fur of the animal it's meant to be. Like a dog for example.

BUT here's the kicker, IMVU has a dog furry on their IMVU download page WEARING A FURKINI, if it's considered a AP item, then why is it shown on a IMVU download page is that I was getting at? I thought AP products were not allowed to be a in G rated setting? Sounds like some double standards to me.

Wow Petrazenka! You can't read I guess. Or just misread what I posted. Or you just wanted to look smart or be a bitch for a second?

First: I KNOW that. I even have that skin guild in my inventory to make sure even I don't make that mistake. Believe me I've done it on accident, unintentionally. I realize others can do it too. We're human we make mistakes, but that's not even what my post was about.

Second: That's NOT what happened. I DO NOT let the items through if I see those red areas. I in fact, failed 2 products BECAUSE the creator had the red areas showing, and also had it rated for General audience. I also failed a Nazi pair of shades with the Swastika on them for discrimination and when I looked it said my vote is wrong? Since when are Nazi items allowed in shop???

Three: I was the one who got unfairly banned for correctly failing a items cause it needed to be marked as AP or not allowed in the shop at all.

Four: A lot of people doing peer review are not looking at the items before passing them. I had friends literally admit to it. I DO look on the other hand.

Why is it so difficult for you to understand how to rate products correctly; especially if you have been using IMVU as long as you claim?

Let me try to explain so even a beginner can understand how to rate products like a bikini.

When reviewing products like a bikini then if any of the red zones on the avatar are visible then the bikini is too small and needs to be rated AP. If the developer has such a product rated as General Audience or GA then the product fails.

The red zones on the avatar are the genitalia and breasts and areas of the body close to the genitalia and breasts.

Do you now understand?
