the delay time between each response from you guys is driving me insane and i still cant use my account that was falsely reported for being underage. I sent a ticket on the 17th of august to fix this and only got a reply back 9 whole days later asking me to send my id photo. I did that and only got another email back on the 11th of this month (16 days btw) asking for a signed letter of consent. So i sent that too the next day, lo and behold the next email only arrived today. 17 days later. It feels like a joke at this point. And asking me for even more stuff instead of just asking for everything you need in one go and be done with it. It has been way over a month with this bullshit.
You better fix this as soon as i send the selfie with my id now.
