Hi @Guest_bigE19 , there are a few reasons you may not be able to receive a gift from another user, which
includes:
1. Your account or the other user's account is on hold.
2. The user is trying to gift using promo credits.
3. The user is trying to gift you a product from a disabled creator.
4. The user is trying to gift you a product that is hidden or set to Display Only by a creator.
5. The user is trying to gift you an item you already own.
6. Your messages are set to friends only and they are not on your friends list.
