Submission Public room for Featured room

I am unable to submit room for Featured room 'Dosti Dreamland'  but unable to do so, can anyone help me? 

even I fulfilled this .

Why can I not submit more of my rooms?

You may not be able to submit a room for Themed Rooms section if:

• You have already submitted rooms earlier (we do limit how many rooms can be submitted per account)
• The room is not GA appropriate
• The room has one or more Room Access Controls applied
• The room is not public
• The room does not have a description

Kindly help
