I have a problem with my age verification, after making the payment normally, within the game it appears to me that it is active, but when I go to the IMVU page it appears that I must verify myself, and it does not allow me to show the badge.

I have the same exact problem…I bought it verified and all. Says it’s Active but will not allow me to enter Age rooms or even show up on my account. It says that it’s deactivated and that there was a problem

I have the same problem, when I go to the subscriptions section I get an error, I sent a ticket but the exact problem I have does not appear in the options, if they solve it I will tell you. If you know how to fix it, please let me know
