i JSUT TRIED TO INPUT NEW bANK INFORMATION AND THERE IS NO PLACE TO DO SO. AFTER CONTACTING SUPPORT i GET SENT TO THE SAME PAGE WITH SAME RESULT, NOTHING IS THERE FOR UPDATING CARDS. THIS MAY BE THE WAY THEY END THINGS ALTOGETHER. i TRIED ON CLASSIC AND NEXT. ALSO TRIED BUYING CREDITS THE TRANSACTION FAILED. NO IT'S NOT MY CARD OR AVAILABLE FUNDS. IT'S 100% THEM. YES TYPING IN CAPS = SHOUTING SO I'M SHOUTING A WARNING TO ALL, ESPECIALLY THOSE ON CLASSIC. LOOKS LIKE A THERE THERE IS UPON US TO ME.

Latest response from support. I'm told that I have to wait until my billing date and buy my membership with new card. There is no way to update payment information. Ain't that a female dog. LOL Wonder now if this is going ti wipe out the amount of credits I have accumulated. I don't see why it should if purchased right away, but who knows how they will see it.

From 9:29 to 9:31 there is four emails all the same response. Do you Stutter or have a zealous tick when typing in the forum? Either way you try calming down on that send button. Reading once if more then enough.

@Kinghot2, Thank you for your response. I have a feeling something more then just general maintenance could be going on. The complaints about payments not completing or not being able to buy coming from long time customers months back is alarming. It's been 2 days for me. I also see that Visa, Mastercard, and some other payment processors have ban and pressuring some online games to get rid of adult content. That brings to mind has AP+ caused a problem, humm or is this their way of phasing out classic as no fault of their own. It does make one wonder since classic is rumored to end at the end of this month. One thing for sure they know there is a problem with billing, buying, and payments. People with the intent to stay in business don't take months to fix this kind of issue.

It most likely means that currently the services might be temporarily down for any number of reasons.
Maybe there is maintenance on one of internet connections between your Bank and IMVU, maybe there is server maintenance of either Bank or IMVU or even the credit card provider, mobil pay or PayPal.
I don't know which payment method you are trying to use but most likely things will be working as intended soon.
Please be patient and try again later or in a couple days.
Only contract customer service if the payment services are not working for you after MANY times trying again and again for 2 to 3 weeks. This is because filing a help ticket and getting a response takes up to a month.

Hello, I don’t know if you can assist me. I’ve been trying to make payments but it’s telling us that the payment cannot be processed at this time and to try to contact customer support. I’m not sure why saying that.

There is no reason to scream and shout at us so please try to calm down.
I use IMVU Classic as well (version 551.0) and on my side everything is working as intended.
Maybe after feeling better try to update Windows and IMVU to the latest version, then restart PC.
I am sure you know mistakes are easy to make when strong emotions causes the mind to become unbalanced.
